Chatbot with Evergreen Context

A self-maintaining support chatbot for field technicians. When the bot can't answer, a manager joins the same chat live. Once the question is resolved, Claude drafts a reusable knowledge-base entry for the manager to approve, so the next technician gets an instant answer. The knowledge base builds itself from real conversations.

Recipe Bot — AI Evals

A recipe-recommendation agent used as a sandbox for practicing AI evaluation: prompt engineering, error analysis and failure taxonomies, LLM-as-judge, retrieval (BM25) evals, and agent trace analysis.

    • Led a zero-to-one AI product from alpha release to $300k+ ARR
    • Built an evals program and tooling with Claude, raising accuracy from 50% to 95%+
